MENTAL HEALTH EXERCISES
We offer members personal training packages that also come with innovative mental health exercises. These exercises can be incorporated into the physical exercise routine or used outside of training sessions. Each exercise has been created by a certified professional to help individuals grow, overcome obstacles, build self-esteem and mental resilience, or encourage forgiveness and letting go of the past.
MINDFULNESS GROUP DISCUSSIONS
A weekly small groups discussion (male and female) with an emphasis on mindfulness to overcome anxiety and stress, life’s challenges, or societal issues. We push our members to attend these classes because change happens from the inside-out.
