Get the benefits of personal training without paying for a private session!
Semi-private training is the equivalent of personal training. Instead of our trainers standing over you counting your reps, they are getting another client set up on their next exercise.
You will get a programming that is is designed specifically for you, but it will be implemented in a setting of up to 3 other clients, who are also doing their own customized programming.
Semi-Private memberships include either 2 or 3 in-person training sessions a week. 3 month commitment, month-to-month after that. Stay as long as you want to!

A consultation with one of our trainers
Fully customized programming designed based on your specific goals
2 or 3 times training sessions per week, 8 to 12 sessions per month
Any additional programming needed for days not spent with the trainer
Unlimited use of the gym
Monthly InBody Scan included!
Existing members can convert their regular membership to a semi-private membership. Ask more at the front desk!
