Personal Trainer

My name is Taylor! I am one of the leaders of the Mental Fitness Community here at the gym and coach team training classes!

I started my journey in fitness and mental health back in 2016 while I was fighting my way out of an abusive relationship. I saw a woman post on Instagram about how she used fitness to get stronger and gain the confidence to leave her abusive husband, and I decided that I would do the same! 

Fitness helped me through a LOT, but I realized over the years that I still had unresolved trauma that was showing up as various unhealthy vices and the only way to TRULY heal myself from the inside out was to work on my mental health too.

I started volunteering for HeartSupport in 2018 and began to lead the mental fitness classes when the gym opened in 2020. In 2023 I drove my camper up to Lancaster to help grow the community from inside the gym and decided to stay! 

I have a passion for helping people become their best selves from the inside out and make sure that every person knows that they are never truly STUCK. There is always a way, you just have to start putting one foot in front of the other, surround yourself with a community, and BELIEVE that you can overcome anything.
